Shipping policy

We try to deliver products purchased from Jompers in good condition and in the fastest time possible. We will deliver the order to your doorstep for free as inaugural gift.
If the order is cancelled, lost or not delivered to your location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges. Cash on delivery charges will not be refunded.
If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded. However if you self-ship your returns, we will reimburse self-shipment charges based on our returns policy.

We are shipping internationally. Shipping charges for international orders are charged extra.
